Card, Tag, & Treat Box

It's sunny and hot outside. To kill time during lunch break, let me share 3 projects I've made. First project is a pillow box treat. I originally made it 2 weeks ago for Holiday Cards & More vol. 8 submission, but it didn't get through editorial desk (anyway, I still have 4 out of 10 accepted). I wanted to share those 6 that didn't make it, however it'll feel odd to showcase holiday theme cards on March. So, let me just share the one that look less holiday theme.

Project #2 is card. I made on last weekend. I love this stamp set from Wplus9 Design called Fresh Floral Cut. I had to fuzzy cut one by one images because I don't have the coordinating dies (I will definitely buy next time).

Project #3 is simple tag. Just stamp and water coloring. This time I use distress marker to stamp. I know it will bleed through the water, but that was my intention.

Hey, I just realize that those are all flower related projects! Hope you like them. Have a nice day.

Showcasing Technique Tuesday Stamps

Two days ago I got yummy goodies from one of favorite stamping manufacturers, Technique Tuesday. The company has a program called Endorsement Fee. Every time you have projects being published at print magazine, you can claim to have free stamp set from them. What can be more wonderful than to have free stuff? I got these 4 stamp sets of my choice:

So I made two cards today. First one is from the Poppies clear stamp:

And this second card is from Incredible by Ali Edwards collection:

That's all for today. See you next time.

WCMD Thank You Blog Hop

Today I'm so excited to join a blog hop among WCMD 2013 contest winners. The idea is to show how grateful we are and give a little appreciation to our friends all over the world that we make in a process of doing this hobby.

Beside the enjoyment of winning recognition and a box full of prizes. I'm also happy to be paired with those other winners that I considered as master of card making. Seriously, Alice Wertz, Amy Kolling, Maria Fischer, Trinh Arrietta, Vera Yates, Veronica Zalis, I've been watching your designs and became a fans ever since!.
And to Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine who continuously giving us fresh ideas and inspirations, I can't thank you enough.

Before reached my blog, you should have visited Amy Kolling and amazed by her creation.
I don't remember if it was Katie's or Maria's idea to conduct a blog hop among us using supplies from our present. I'm just so enthusiastic making it. I won a Season's Greeting category (you can see the winning card on my post here), however, I decided to make a Thank You card to express how grateful I am.

The image is from Unity Stamp and patterned paper from Jillibean Soup. Both are from the prizes. Other supplies are from my stash. I can't wait to see other's creations and I think some of them are giving away craft supplies. So, please continue to the fabulous Dana Warren.
Have a nice day.
