Chalkboard Accents for Season's Greeting

Hello there!.
This weekend I decided to do chalkboard-ing. Okay, so this chalkboard technique was invented by some cardmaking genious few years back. But I never get bored of using this technique on my cards. It's simply beautiful and doesn't require many supplies. It will be a lot easier if I had this stamp, this stamp, or this stamp. Unfortunately, I don't.

These are esential supplies to kick start your project:

Basically you just need to heat emboss the stamp using white embossing powder on black cardstock. Stamp twice with white ink to create shadow.

You don't have to heat emboss all part. As modification, apply pigment powder onto the stamped area. It will create a subtle background.

Just be creative to combine or mix and match image and sentiments from your stamp set collection.

Yes, you can color on black space, just make sure the colors you are using are in blue, yellow, green, and red only :).

Don't forget to use your white pencil to draw border/ decoration and embellish your card with minimum embellishment.

See, I'm a big fan of chalkboard. Five cards in a day is awesome!
Have a nice weekend.
